Immediately after your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order and providing you a UPS tracking number to which you can use to track your order all the way to the point of delivery.
TITM Outdoor Products offers a 100% refund or provides a free replacement for any products received damaged, defective or missing parts. To obtain your refund or free replacement, simply follow the instructions found under “return process” below.
To return or exchange an item, simply email us at Contactus@titmoutdoorproducts.com and we will personally address your issue and provide instructions on your return. We will also provide you with a return number.
After receiving your return number, place the item you’re returning securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to: TITM Outdoor Products, LLC

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will immediately process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email immediately after your return has been processed.
TITM Outdoor Products provides a 100% reimbursement of the entire payment of any items you receive damaged, defective, or missing parts… However, any returns not at the fault of TITM Outdoor Products, the buyer will not be refunded the shipping cost of the original shipment to their requested address.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
